Project Overview
Cisco Network Assurance Engine verifies aspects of the network, so you can predict change impact, proactively verify network behavior, assure network security policies, and ensure the network is compliant.
Epoch Timeline
The timeline shows the date/time of data collection (not analysis). Data is represented by dots, which are referred to as epochs. An epoch is a period of time in your network’s history during which the Cisco NAE collected and analyzed data. The size of the epoch gives a rough indication of the quantity of smart events at that time, with a larger epoch indicating more smart events.
Global Search
The Global Search feature allows you to search for objects across multiple epochs. Users can search by time range, objects and severity. The results of the Global Search appear in the Smart Event table, Tenant Endpoint table, and the Prefix table.
