Equinix as a Service
Project Overview
At the 2023 Global Leadership Offsite, “The Future of Platform” initiative was introduced, focusing on delivering Equinix value at cloud speed through Equinix as a Service (EaaS). However, differing interpretations among participants created ambiguity around its definition and purpose. Recognizing an opportunity, the UX team took proactive ownership by defining the vision for EaaS and validating it with stakeholders. This effort positioned the UX team as equal contributors to shaping this strategic initiative, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
EaaS Presentation
Crafted a comprehensive presentation by synthesizing insights from leadership presentations, stakeholder notes, persona studies, and other relevant sources. Designed to facilitate stakeholder engagement, the presentation served as a dynamic tool for gathering validation and feedback. This approach ensured alignment with project goals and fostered continuous improvement throughout the process.
EaaS Vision Demo
Collaborated with two team members to deliver a vision demo for an EaaS framework within a challenging 24-hour deadline, as requested by the Leadership Team. The demo effectively illustrated the potential of the EaaS framework and was later utilized as a quick pitch to onboard stakeholders, driving alignment and support for the vision.
