Multi Cloud Networking Services

Project Overview

Participated in the UX Task Force (UXTF) for the Multi Cloud Networking Services (MCNS) project during its kickoff phase, contributing to the evaluation of the domain and determining the UX ownership for the initiative. As MCNS was aligned with the broader EaaS framework, my involvement ensured a seamless integration of the two.

UX Presentation

When UX was invited to contribute to the MCNS project, the team was faced with a large volume of documentation, much of which was still evolving. Recognizing the project's ambiguity, I proactively analyzed the available information and conducted a competitive analysis to gain clarity. Drawing on these insights, I created a concise presentation that helped the UX Task Force quickly grasp the domain and served as a foundation for validating findings with the MCNS PM team. This approach ensured alignment, fostered collaboration, and positioned the UX team to contribute effectively to the project’s evolving vision.

Reference Samples

In the MCNS project, I leveraged insights from a variety of sources—leadership presentations, stakeholder notes, persona studies, Slack communications, and product requirements—to ensure that both myself and the entire UX Task Force team were well-prepared as equal contributors. By synthesizing this diverse information, I helped the team navigate the project's ambiguity and align with the evolving vision, ensuring we could effectively address challenges and provide valuable input throughout the process.
